  1. Approval of Agreement with Tomalonis/Karoliszyn and Judge Robert K. Killian, Jr. to finalize the final disbursement of the Angel Fund. Matthew Cox

The Board of Selectmen waives the reading of the minutes of the Regular Meeting from September 5, 2024, and that minutes of said meeting be approved.
