Attention: The Ethel Lee Ensemble Concert scheduled for 6:00 PM on Thursday, June 18th, will now be held at the Knights of Columbus Pavilion, 236 Main Street, Somers, due to forecasted weather conditions.
Please mark your calendars: entry days for next year's art show will be August 21 and 22 from 10am-12pm. Entry forms will be available here on the website in mid-July.
The Commission sponsors varied and interesting events throughout the year. It receives a small stipend from the town, other funds are raised independently and by receiving donations from the people in town. The Cultural Commission was established in 1993. Its mission is to promote cultural programs and activities in Somers.
Most events sponsored by the Cultural Commission are free but donations are always welcome. Piedmont Hall is the focal point of our events and meetings.
