Somers Recycling Center Permit is available for purchase and will be valid until June 30, 2026.
As of April 1, 2025, the price of the RC permit increased to $65.00.

ALL PERMIT APPLICATIONS WILL REQUIRE PROOF OF RESIDENCY IN THE TOWN OF SOMERS.   
THIS WILL BE 100% ID CHECK.

Items needed to obtain a Recycling Center permit. 

1. Valid driver's license or state id.

2. (One of the following) Vehicle registration, most recent home or vehicle tax bill from the Town of Somers, proof of home/business purchase or rental agreement OR utility, water, or sewer bill showing name and address residing in Somers.

3. Permit Application.

4. Permit fee in cash, check, or credit card.
